These Terms of Service (“Terms”) dictate your access to and usage of the NailSoft MCC Manager(“Service”). By accessing or using this Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our internal operational guidelines.
01Internal Use Policy
This Service is created strictly for internal use by employees and authorized contractors of NailSoft Agency. You may not share your login credentials, dashboard metrics, or access to this system with any external parties casually.
02Proper Conduct
You agree to use this Service only for managing, troubleshooting, and auditing assigned client Google Ads accounts.
You will not attempt to exploit, bypass, or circumvent any security measures protecting the tool, databases, or API integrations.
You are responsible for actions taken under your account, including initiating Google Ads budget adjustments or pausing campaigns through the Service's interfaces.
03Data Confidentiality
The data accessed via this Service contains highly sensitive client marketing performance, budget, and billing status metrics. This data is subject to our Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) policies. Unauthorized screenshots, exports, or data sharing outside of the organization's secure communication channels are prohibited.
04Disclaimers and Limitations
While NailSoft MCC Manager is designed to provide real-time metrics and automated notifications via Google's APIs, NailSoft does not guarantee 100% uptime of third-party API availability, nor is it liable for any misconfigurations applied directly by users through the dashboard.

If you encounter bugs, require setup assistance, or have feature requests for the Dashboard, please reach out to the Systems Administrator via internal Slack channels.
