Welcome to the NailSoft MCC Manager(“Service”). This Privacy Policy explains how our internal tool collects, uses, and protects information when you use our services.
01Internal Tool Purpose
NailSoft MCC Manager is an internal management application designed strictly for employees and authorized contractors of NailSoft Agency. It is NOT a public-facing application. The primary purpose of this tool is to monitor, automate, and manage Google Ads accounts under our authorized Manager Account (MCC).
02Google API Services User Data Policy Compliance
Our application integrates with the Google Ads API and Gmail API. We strictly adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Data Collection
We retrieve advertising performance metrics, account status, and system notifications (via Gmail) strictly to display status dashboards and send automated alerts to our internal staff.
No 3rd-Party Sharing
Advertising data and email notifications obtained via Google APIs are NEVER shared, sold, or transferred to any third party under any circumstances.
Data Usage
Data is used solely for the purpose of internal campaign monitoring, auto-pausing expired ads, and notifying authorized administrators of account issues. We do not use this data for serving ads, retargeting, or cross-device tracking.
03Data Security and Retention
We implement industry-standard security measures, including HTTPS encryption and secure credential storage, to protect all retrieved data. Data retention is limited to what is strictly necessary for operational reporting and internal auditing.
04Access and Authentication
Access to the NailSoft MCC Manager requires an authorized internal account. Unauthorized access attempts are strictly prohibited and regularly monitored. Users accessing this system agree to maintain confidentiality of all client data shown in the dashboard.
